Is your website secure?
Yes — this site is completely secure. First, it is hosted on an HTTPS server (the padlock to the left of the URL confirms this). Second, for payments, we use PayPal and Stripe — two trusted names in online payments.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment via PayPal or directly by bank card with Stripe.
I don’t understand — why isn’t my promo code working?
If your promo code isn’t working, please contact us at support@lebonvoyage.co.uk. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to sort it out.
Where do you deliver?
That depends on the products selected:
- Products available with express delivery (24h - 72h) can be shipped to the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain and Italy.
- Products available with premium tracked delivery (these items are not held in our own stock and are shipped directly by our suppliers) can be delivered worldwide, with shipping rates and delivery times tailored to each destination (see below).
How long does delivery usually take?
1) Express delivery available and selected
When express delivery is available, items are delivered quickly to the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain and Italy, within 1 to 4 days after payment has been received.
2) Express delivery unavailable: premium tracked delivery
When a product is not available for express delivery, shipping is handled directly by our suppliers from Europe or Asia, depending on the item:
- Premium tracked delivery in 7–14 days applies to the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain and Italy. Free delivery on orders over £50. Delivery may occasionally take up to 20 working days in exceptional cases,
- Premium tracked delivery in 10–16 days applies to Canada and Switzerland. Free delivery on orders over £50. Delivery may occasionally take up to 20 working days in exceptional cases,
- Orders shipped to the French overseas territories are delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately, these orders are not eligible for free delivery on purchases over £50.
3) Multiple delivery selected
This delivery method applies when your basket includes one or more products available with express delivery (24h - 72h) and one or more products available with premium tracked delivery (7 - 14 days).
In this case, your parcels will arrive separately and according to the delivery times for each product:
- Products available with express delivery: delivered within 24h to 72h,
- Products available with premium tracked delivery: delivered within 7 to 14 days.
Why isn’t my parcel tracking working?
If you notice that your parcel tracking is not working, it simply means the parcel has not yet arrived in the destination country (for premium tracked delivery handled by our suppliers). Tracking only becomes active once the parcel has reached the destination country. You will then be able to follow its journey right to your door. Don’t worry — all tracking numbers work, but you may need to wait between 5 and 12 working days, depending on the time of year, before tracking becomes available.

Why are items missing from my order?
We work with different suppliers depending on the product. If you order several different items from our shop, they may arrive a few days apart.
What guarantees does "Le Bon Voyage" offer if a product is not delivered?
Full refund if delivery is delayed by 30 days or more.
My items arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re of course here to help with any returns enquiry. If your items arrived damaged, please send us a few photos at support@lebonvoyage.co.uk. Depending on the damage found, a replacement parcel may be dispatched within 48h.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled. However, if you no longer want the product(s) you purchased, you can of course return them to us and receive a full refund for your order. In that case, please contact us at support@lebonvoyage.co.uk.
What is your exchange and returns policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. However, return postage costs remain your responsibility. If you would like to return any items, please contact us at support@lebonvoyage.co.uk.

How do you manage the collection of customer reviews?
- Every customer review shown on the site is linked to a verified purchase and submitted by the relevant customer.
- Reviews are not edited.
- Customers who include a photo with their review receive a discount to use on a future purchase.
